Meet our Owner
Over the past 42 years, I have had the privilege of working with Fortune 500 companies, prominent names like the Columbus Dispatch, Riverside Hospital and the Columbus Zoo to name a few. Through working with many fine organizations we have developed a high degree of professionalism. Still, I value being a "home grown" business and endeavor to bring a personal touch into a professional world. I am grateful for the past 42 years and proud of the niche we fill in Central Ohio.
Hello,
My name is Susan Kay and I am the Owner and General Manager of Executive Building Services. This is a little of my story. As a child, our family often had guests in our home. So, Saturday was cleaning day! Our mother would place names of rooms folded on a piece of paper in a bowl for my sister and I to pick. It was a fun way to keep us from fussing over duties. The best part was lunch and shopping after we finished. I give my mom credit for the success of EBS.
The truth is, I enjoy cleaning and inspiring our staff to do a quality job. After all, we get ready for your company every day!

COVid -19 Response
As of March 1, 2020 EBS implemented our first Covid -19 response by requiring our staff to wear PPE: face masks, gloves and jackets. Our glass cleaner was removed from our shelves and our TEAM was required to use our CDC approved disinfectant in all cleaning with an emphasis on high touch surfaces. We continuously study Covid 19 updates through the Bureau of Worker's Compensation and the CDC and immediately put recommendations in place. Every week updates are sent to our staff along with profound Thanks!
For the safety of our staff we are providing disinfectant and sanitizers for their personal use at home and in their cars.
